Golden Gate Realty & Property Management is a family-owned and operated property management company proudly serving communities across the state of Missouri. We currently manage company-owned rental properties, with a primary focus on St. Louis, St. Charles, and Lincoln County, while continuing to expand our footprint throughout the Midwest.

With over 8 years of experience in the Midwest real estate market, our roots are firmly planted in St. Charles County, but our vision extends statewide. We actively seek opportunities to acquire and manage properties in both urban and rural communities, with a special focus on supporting elderly residents and veterans who deserve reliable, well-maintained housing.
